One thing we discovered as our Bamboo journey unfolded was the amazing and talented skills we had amongst our team - especially in advisory and consultant capabilities - were in demand in the market for Web3. Our advisory services will introduce new brands into the Metaverse and Web3 space through services such as NFT and digital asset strategy, branding and marketing, technology services, regulatory compliance, and much more.

VERSAPAY + LOOTVERSE
VersaPay Solutions, Inc. partnership is developing an incredibly innovative, user-friendly, and regulatory-compliant payment on and off-ramp for the Metaverse. This solution will first be deployed in the fast-growing Lootverse metaverse, which already has paid $1m to content creators, but can be utilized as a white-labeled USDC, a digital currency fully backed by cash and short-dated U.S. government obligations, to Metaverse currency exchange for other projects with that need for their users. The underlying technology can also be utilized for other Metaverses shortly.
BAM DAO
The $BAM cryptocurrency token is a decentralized, community-governed token, with the simple vision of making digital assets easily accessible via a mobile device. The intent of $BAM is to serve as a utility token that creates incentives for holders to enter the ecosystem. Some of the ideas we are considering include $BAM holders receiving discounted swap fees in the mobile application, discounted fees for VersaPay transactions, access to allow lists for NFT partnerships, along with many other ideas under consideration - the possibilities are endless. And as regulations become more clear - it is also the intention of Bamboo Asset Management to find other ways to create a link between the operations of the company, the decisions of the DAO, and the members of the Bamboo community.
As the DAO begins to become more engaged, we can envision many ways in which the Bamboo token can have deeper utility. We have many ideas and want our community members to come up with ideas as well!
TOKENOMICS
The basic tokenomics of $BAM are quite simple by design. The smart contract is ERC-20 compliant, the supply is fixed at 100 Million and no tokens will ever be minted by contract design. It is the intention of Bamboo Asset Management to support creation cross-chain liquidity on other chains as "wrapped tokens" to embrace enabling capabilities across ecosystems fully. Bamboo Asset Management works in conjunction with the DAO as a steward of the $BAM token and smart contract as we move towards further decentralization and transparency.
DEVELOPMENT TREASURY
Supports Web 3 and mobile development, collaboration with other projects, and other administrative costs.
CHARITY AND MARKETING
Intends to supports charitable contributions and marketing activities. We’d like to see the DAO vote on Charitable direction soon!
CONTRACT OWNER
Controls the $BAM smart contract. It also contains "unclaimed tokens" - those tokens that haven’t been migrated, forgotten wallets, etc. that the DAO will guide usage.
